Phase 5: Performance Outcomes / Results
Someone famous once said, “trust but verify.” In this phase, we will be measuring the teams performance against its goals and benchmarks or “performance mile-posts” to make sure you are getting the outcomes you seek. In this phase, we help you capture and monetize both the “soft” and “hard” benefits derived from the Team Development process and coaching. In addition, a specific focus will be Team Leadership Development to help put in place both the leadership and management skills you will need to more effectively run a vibrant, growing practice.
