Phase 1: Discovery
In this stage, we seek to understand what makes you “tick.” Your magic and your obstacles or challenges. Your aspirations and your trepidations. Your team will be asked to complete several self-assessments that focus on your “soft” skills and “hard” systems. The goal is for you to achieve awareness of how to get all your team members in a role that leverages their “highest and greatest” use. Your coach will share with you feedback / insights on ways you can seek to optimize your team’s overall level of collaboration, communication, execution and goal attainment. While much discovery can be done remotely, we prefer on-site team visits if appropriate.
