Phase 2: Diagnostics

In this stage, we seek to understand your past performance and trends as well as compare them to your peer group or relevant benchmarks. We will want to review with you your “operational x-rays” or the forensics of your practice. We will review your Performance Reports that give us a clear indication of your teams execution effectiveness, outcomes and performance over time up to this point. Bottom-line is that in this stage we seek to get a first-hand understanding of your “pain-points” so we can help remove the blocks to your performance.
