Phase 3: Prescription

Once we have a good working understanding of your potential “opportunities and pain-points” we work with you to design a custom set of solutions that are aligned with your performance goals and team needs. The team will be asked to self-select 3 primary goals for your coaching process and a guardian will be selected to help the team stay on target to make progress against each of the goals you select.
